STORE REGULATIONS

General rules:

  • By using the store, you automatically accept these regulations, the main website regulations and our privacy policy.
  • The store is owned by the EverGames server network and the following regulations are only valid in this respect, we do not use any other external stores - only payment gateways of specific operators.
  • The store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (this does not apply to maintenance work, etc.).
  • The purchase of higher permissions (i.e. Admin, Guardian) is possible for the next 14 calendar days from the end of the service (unless otherwise stated during the decision to grant permissions - at such time the specific admin is notified of such a situation). After these days, a new application must be submitted to the Administrator, unless the Owner decides otherwise.
  • In order to purchase higher permissions, the user must first submit an application to the Administrator and it must be accepted.
  • EverGames reserves the right to change services, service functionalities, service prices and the regulations themselves without prior notice to users.
  • Specific options in the store may require specific services, e.g. in order to have a fully automated process when buying VIP rights for a server, the store system may ask to connect a Steam account (if it has not been done before) in order to grant rights to a specific Steam account ID.
  • EverGames reserves the right to take actions not specified in these regulations.
  • If the user has a problem with the service or transaction, they should immediately contact the EverGames team via contact form or via private message on the Steam or Discord platform - although in the case of sudden returns we suggest using our discord server for communication purposes
  • Ignorance of these regulations does not exempt anyone from non-compliance.
  • The user has the right to choose for how many days they want to choose the service (from those defined in the store) and which service (also from those defined in the store).
  • Our service is not affiliated with Valve Corporation in any way.
  • Services purchased in our store do not "stack", which means that they do not overlap (the exception is the extension of the same service). If you buy a VIP service and then VIP Elite, the time of the services is counted separately and there is no option to combine them, nor the option to transfer time from VIP to a higher rank.
  • Granting permissions is automated (as described in the points above). Immediately after we and third parties have posted the payment (transaction), we grant the selected permissions (the exception are items in the store excluded from automation).
  • All ranks that have expired (exactly one week after) are automatically deleted from the system (their purchase history remains).

 

General Payments

  • EverGames uses external platforms and/or services for the payment system.
  • Currently used platforms and/or services:
    • Online payments are handled by Przelewy24.

 

Payments - Przelewy24

  • Payments are handled by PayPro SA, 60-198 Poznań, ul. Pastelowa 8, Przelewy24.pl
  • In case of a problem with payments, status and / or complaints can be submitted on the company's website Przelewy24 in Help center.
  • PrePaid payments are handled by PaySafeCard, a company based in Vienna (Austria) and has branches in 44 countries worldwide, PaySafeCard.com
  • PrePaid payments are made via Przelewy24 (details above).
  • SMS service complaints must include your email address, phone number, the content of the sent SMS and the date and time.
  • Complaints about online transfer service requires your email address and ID (it can be obtained in the Store History or in the email address with the confirmation of the transaction if they went successfully).
  • PaySafeCard service complaints are handled by the EverGames network with the participation of the Main Owner of the network.
  • Using PayByLink payments is tantamount to accepting the regulations on the Przelewy24.pl website
  • Using PaySafeCard payments is tantamount to accepting the regulations on the paysafecard.com website.

 

General provisions and rules

  • The store owner is not responsible for errors in the use of the store by the customer, nor is he responsible for server failures or their temporary unavailability.
  • The store does not have a "refund" option, when buying you are aware of this. Only if the Owner agrees to change the service then such an option can occur.
  • In the event of being banned from the server, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the purchase cost.
  • In the event of using prohibited programs that result in a VAC, "Overwatch" or temporary ban, the customer is also not entitled to a refund of the purchase cost.
  • In the event of exploiting store errors, the customer may receive a permanent ban from using this store or may lose all privileges.
  • If the server is unexpectedly closed or the server's game mode is changed, the user is not entitled to a refund. After consultation with the Owners, they may receive privileges on another server from the EverGames network.
